Details- This is a vintage 80s era black cocktail dress by Positively Ellyn. Its got so much awesomeness going on! Removeable pouf straps, sweetheart neckline, heavily pleated allover with a rose side detail and layered voluminous skirt. A fitted and rouched back with back zipper.
