Details- This is a vintage 60s/70s era navy blue skater scooter dress that features a drop waist pleated skirt, V neck and white contrast stitch detail. Not quite a mini but it is short!

Fabric Content- Unknown but feels like polyester.

Condition- The hook loop for the hook and eye in the back is missing.
